When it comes to custum-content, which she promotes a few times a month, she is a scammer. She requests a pre-paid tip of 100$ for my custum. We spoke about the custum and I'm someone that likes to double/triple check with the creator to make sure everything is spot and/or make sure they're comfortable with the custum. We go back and forth and I finally tip the 100$; with the tip I go over the custum one last time. She then tells me she is not okay with a part of the custum; she had more then enough time to tell me before I tipped. I'm upset but not disrespectful towards, she blocks me soon after.
When it comes to bundles(10-25$), her pricing is great and to sub(5$) is cheap; not much on her main feed though. You get 10-20 pics and usually a 5 min video. I used to buy most, if not all, of her bundles.

If you contact onlyfans support with your screenshots sometimes it is possible to be refunded
I made a request to support on Saturday, they responded Sunday and I got the 100$ back yesterday, Monday. I was shocked. I was sure i wasn't getting that money back; especially since it was a tip and not an actual purchase. I want to try and keep spreading this.

My best guess is that some girls don't say names, but like you told her three times prior to payment. Her communication skills are trash. But no, I'm not familiar with her.
My theory, and this doesn't apply only to her, is that she resells customs. So if she has to say your name, that's extra work/new content she has to film. She promotes customs quite frequently through her youtube(telling people to join her OF) and on OF.
